                The eLibraryUSA is a gateway to vital information and extensive learning that provides access to full text of articles from more than 10,000 authoritative academic journals, magazines and newspapers, and more than 1.5 million graduate theses and dissertations from over 700 universities as well as 600 videos and documentaries.  It is provided free of charge by the U.S. Government through the U.S. Embassy in the Philippines and can be accessed at the American Corner, Main Library.  It offers the following databases:

      Provides full text of over 1.5 million graduate theses and dissertations from       over 700 universities.

      Groups articles by research topic from over 1,200 journals, newspapers and       magazines.

      Includes over 400 U.S. and international newspapers and magazines.

       Offers 17 digital magazines that cover current events, U.S. culture, and        foreign affairs.
